Frequently
Asked Questions

  • What insurance do you accept?
We accept many different insurance providers, some of which you can see listed on our Insurance page. However, insurance is tricky! There are many different types of plans, and we may be out-of-network for yours. The best way to find out your eligibility with us is to email us a picture of the front and back of your card to info@moontowerdental.com. We will also need your zip code and birthday to check your coverage, so if you include that in the message, that is wonderful! Some insurance companies require more identifying information so we may need to contact you in those cases.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, CareCredit, and checks. And, hopefully Bitcoin in the near future...
  • What do I need to bring to my first appointment?
Just yourself! If you'd like to skip the step of filling out forms electronically in the office, we will give you access to the patient portal to complete them ahead of your appointment. Let us know what music you like - we'll play it in the exam room for you during your treatment.
  • Is there free parking at the office?
Yes, we are located in the same center as Kome and Dream Spa, and there is ample free parking in front of the office. The Cap Metro Bus 350 also stops at our front door if you are planning to take public transportation to see us.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my appoinment?
If you can't get to your appointment, contact us as soon as possible at info@moontowerdental.com or by texting or calling 512-489-0474. Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice. Last-minute and same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. We require a $50 deposit to hold your appointment time, to be applied to your visit cost.
